By using FnR Management by DevP, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. This policy protects the integrity of our platform and ensures compliance with third-party review site guidelines (such as Google’s Review Policies).

1. Review Manipulation & Incentivization

You may NOT use our service to:

• Offer money, discounts, gifts, or free products in exchange for positive reviews.
• Post fake reviews on your own business profile or competitors' profiles.
• Require a customer to leave a review before they can access Wi-Fi, a discount code, or a service.

Attempting to incentivize reviews violates the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and Google's prohibited content policies. Accounts found doing this will be suspended.

2. Content Guidelines

When customizing your brand pages or requesting feedback, you must not include content that is:

• Defamatory, obscene, abusive, or threatening.
• Promoting illegal activities or selling restricted goods.
• Infringing on the intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks of others.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonating another business.

3. Technical Abuse & Spam

You agree not to:

• Use automated bots or scripts to artificially inflate QR scan counts.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or scrape data from the platform.
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these rules.
