Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and standards for using FnR Management by DevP. You must use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in a way that does not harm the systems, other users, or end consumers.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the service, or allow others to use the service, to commit any of the following actions:

  • No Spam: Sending unsolicited communications, bulk review requests, or using our QR codes/links in automated message templates without explicit consent.
  • No Fake Reviews or Rating Manipulation: Using feedback funnels to purchase or solicit fake, artificial, or incentivized ratings. Manipulating routing logic to misrepresent consumer sentiment on third-party public platforms is strictly prohibited.
  • No Harassment or Defamation: Creating feedback pages, QR campaigns, or using custom branding colors/logos to impersonate, defame, harass, or threaten other businesses, public entities, or individuals.
  • No Illegal Content: Creating profiles or QR campaigns for illegal businesses, adult content, fraudulent schemes, or selling restricted products in your jurisdiction.
  • No Attempts to Bypass Billing or Plan Limits: Reverse engineering, cloning API routes, or sending spoofed scan signals to bypass monthly quota limits, location constraints, or payment gates.
  • No Malicious System Use: Introducing malware, executing DDOS/overload attacks, probing endpoint vulnerabilities, scraping dashboard analytics data, or scanning our systems without authorization.

Review and Feedback Compliance

FnR Management is designed to support authentic customer feedback and easy access to public review channels. Users may not use FnR Management to create fake reviews, suppress negative reviews, selectively solicit only positive reviews, impersonate customers, incentivize reviews, or manipulate ratings on Google or any third-party platform.

Businesses must not offer rewards, discounts, payments, gifts, or other incentives in exchange for reviews. Customers must always be free to leave honest public reviews, private feedback, both, or neither.

Enforcement and Appeals

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these policies. Suspensions for platform abuse or billing bypass are immediate and ineligible for refunds.
