Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of FnR Management by DevP provided by DevP. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and Login

You must log in using your Google account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information when setting up campaigns.

2. Paid Plans, Billing, and Taxes

Plan billing is processed securely through Razorpay. Plan pricing and features are as follows:

• Starter ($99/mo): 1 location, 1,000 monthly scans, Google review flow, feedback inbox, email alerts, and standard support.
• Growth ($149/mo): 5 locations, 1,500 monthly scans per location (7,500 total), branded QR pages, priority support, and feedback dashboard.
• Scale ($249/mo): 15 locations, 2,000 monthly scans per location (30,000 total), advanced multi-branch analytics, dedicated success support, and all Growth features.

Prices are stated in USD and are billed in advance for each paid access period. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such local taxes applicable to your purchase.

Paid plan benefits are activated after successful payment confirmation is received from Razorpay. Subscription charges are non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law or for verified duplicate/failed transactions. You may cancel your subscription's future renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previously paid charges. After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

3. Plan Limits & Fair Use

Each plan has set limits on locations and scans. Attempting to bypass these limits, spoof scan counts, or exploit the API will result in immediate account suspension. Standard support is provided without guarantees on response times.

4. Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity

You agree not to use the service for spamming, harassment, fraudulent activities, or soliciting fake/incentivized reviews. Manipulating rating flows to artificially skew customer sentiment violates our terms and third-party review platform policies. Suspended accounts are ineligible for refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, features, and functionality of FnR Management by DevP are the exclusive property of DevP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform. By using the platform, you grant us a license to host your uploaded logos and business details solely for the purpose of operating your feedback campaigns.

6. Service Availability & Infrastructure

FnR Management by DevP is hosted on cloud infrastructure. We do not promise or guarantee any minimum uptime, speed, or service level agreements (SLAs). The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, ratings, reputation, or search engine visibility) arising from your use of the platform or changes in third-party review site policies. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the dashboard. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

By using the service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, and Acceptable Use Policy.
