Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of FnR Management by DevP provided by DevP. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and Login

You must log in using your Google account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information when setting up campaigns.

2. Paid Plans & Billing

Plan billing is processed securely through Razorpay. Plan pricing and features are as follows:

• Starter ($29/mo): 1 location, 500 monthly scans, Google review flow, and standard support.
• Growth ($79/mo): 5 locations, 1,000 monthly scans per location, branded QR pages, priority support, and feedback dashboard.
• Scale ($149/mo): 15 locations, 1,500 monthly scans per location, advanced analytics, dedicated success support, and all Growth features.

Prices are in USD and are billed in advance for each paid access period. Paid plan benefits are activated after successful payment confirmation is received from Razorpay. Subscription charges are non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law or for verified duplicate/failed transactions. You may cancel your subscription's future renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previously paid charges. After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

3. Plan Limits & Fair Use

Each plan has set limits on locations and scans. Attempting to bypass these limits, spoof scan counts, or exploit the API will result in immediate account suspension. Standard support is provided without guarantees on response times.

4. Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity

You agree not to use the service for spamming, harassment, fraudulent activities, or soliciting fake/incentivized reviews. Manipulating rating flows to artificially skew customer sentiment violates our terms and third-party review platform policies. Suspended accounts are ineligible for refunds.

5. Service Availability & Infrastructure

FnR Management by DevP is hosted on Vercel and Supabase cloud infrastructure. Because the application utilizes free-tier service levels for hosting and database resources, we do not promise or guarantee any minimum uptime, speed, or service level agreements (SLAs). The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevP and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, ratings, reputation, or search engine visibility) arising from your use of the platform or changes in third-party review site policies.

7. Review and Feedback Compliance

FnR Management is designed to support authentic customer feedback and easy access to public review channels. Users may not use FnR Management to create fake reviews, suppress negative reviews, selectively solicit only positive reviews, impersonate customers, incentivize reviews, or manipulate ratings on Google or any third-party platform.

Businesses must not offer rewards, discounts, payments, gifts, or other incentives in exchange for reviews. Customers must always be free to leave honest public reviews, private feedback, both, or neither.

By using the service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, and Acceptable Use Policy.
