Go to your Google Business Profile dashboard, search for your business, and click on 'Ask for reviews'. Copy the unique short URL provided (it usually looks like g.page/r/... or search.google.com/local/writereview).
Pro-Tip: Make sure you copy the direct rating link, not your general Google Maps search page, to minimize friction for your customers.
Customize name, slug, and layout
In your FnR Management dashboard, click 'Create QR'. Enter your business name, paste your Google Review link, and choose a memorable custom slug (e.g., 'sunset-cafe'). Select a QR Type tailored to your placement (Restaurant, Table, Window, Reception, Checkout).

Once generated, your QR landing URL automatically handles the smart rating distribution. Customers scanning the QR are prompted to rate with stars: High scores (4-5★) display the public Google Review link; Low ratings (1-3★) route to a direct private feedback box.
